My work included communicating the company’s core business aims and brand values through their website and social platforms. I also promoted innovative digital features to build relationships with current and prospective customers.
At NettoPower I introduced social proof to the energy industry in Denmark by featuring Trustpilot customer reviews prominently on nettopower.dk. I set in place regular customer communication through a monthly newsletter and built our social media presence by placing content at the heart of our marketing strategy. At NettoPower I built up an international team of internal and external consultants to bring design, development and digital marketing expertise into the business.
At the time I left the company, NettoPower had the best customer service rating for an electricity company in Denmark.
